Speaking of craving warm pudding for dessert in my last entry made me realize that I never shared this recipe for rice pudding that I found about a month ago. I had a bag of arborio rice and wanted to try something outside of risotto. This recipe from Dave Lieberman fit the criteria and it has since become of favorite of the whole family. It's blissfully simple to make (the longest part is waiting for the rice to cook). It says to serve cold, which was delicious, but it was equally as good warm fresh from the pan.
