Winter Wonderland

The weather here in Las Vegas has been unseasonably warm these past few weeks. Being able to wear short sleeves in winter has its novelties, but I'm craving real winter again. The same winter that brought us a snow storm last month. The same winter that had me in the kitchen, craving things like hearty stews and hot puddings.

In the meantime at least I can look back on photos. Though the snow melted by noon, it was quite the storm up until then. I was fortunate to have the vantage point of my fifth floor office to witness most of it.
